6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If you receive your order with damaged packaging or products, please contact us immediately at support@velleeluxe.com  24 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue swiftly.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@velleeluxe.com after 24 hours from the marked delivery date, and we will assist you in investigating with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. VelleeLuxe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to amend it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
